Wedding venues in Scotland can be castles, country houses or historic sites as well as more traditional venues such as churches. Here at The Mill Forge near Gretna Green, we have a unique wedding venue located in the grounds our hotel.
We are located only three miles from the Scotland / England border and boast thirty-three ensuite bedrooms, individual function rooms, a wedding planner team and beautiful gardens.

Take a walk down the aisle to the anvil, where you will marry the love of your love in a private ceremony conducted by either a local minister or a registrar.
With its open timber roof, soft candlelight and romantic music, it has to be one of the most intimate wedding venues in Scotland.
Newlyweds can be escorted around our manicured gardens by a traditional Scottish piper while a professional wedding photographer captures stunning images of their special day.
