White Wine

Chardonnay - This wine displays excellent fruit flavours with a fruity & fragrant nose and a long clean finish, mellowed with a hint of oak. It is best served with any fish, chicken or vegetarian dish.

Sauvignon Blanc - A delicately dry wine with a fruity flavour. It is best served with any chicken, fish or vegetarian dish.

Sweet German Wine - A good example of a German wine full of rich fruit flavours, which makes this a very easy drinking, medium sweet white wine. It compliments almost all fish and non-spicy chicken dishes.

Red & Rose Wine

Rose - A light and lively wine with a subtle hint of raspberry makes a fresh and fruity, easy drinking wine which compliments gammon, and any pasta or vegetarian dish.

Merlot - Ripe plummy colour & soft fruit flavour are to be expected from a merlot & you will not be disappointed. This wine is silky smooth with a soft, lingering finish. It compliments all grilled or roasted meats, steak pie & lasagne.

Shiraz - Because the selected grapes for this wine are harvested at their optimum sugar & acid levels, the wine is full bodied & well balanced while soft on the palate. It is best served with steak and most chicken dishes.

Cabernet Sauvignon - This wine combines small amounts of merlot which add to the softness of its ripe fruity character. This wine is complimented by gammon or any pasta dish.

Champagne & Sparkling Wine

Sparkling Rose - This elegant strawberry coloured wine is full of fruity flavours with a distinct floral aroma.

Dry Sparkling - Excellent French quality, dry & delicate.
